Resilience Track: Performance & Maintenance Care (Acupuncture/Dry Needling)

Not currently injured? Start here. For athletes and active individuals, or anyone wanting regular care for muscle tension, recovery, performance, and mobility. All treatments include a blend of needling and bodywork techniques (myofascial release, stretching, cupping therapy, etc.).

The suctioned cups are often gently moved across the skin surface in a massage-like technique as a myofascial decompression method, and may be paired with range of motion movements as a neuromuscular re-education tool and to increase fascial mobility.


Integrative Bodywork

We offer bodywork sessions as part of our corrective care model to help restore mobility and range of motion, decrease muscle tension, and relieve stress. We believe in whole body wellness, so each session is tailored to individual needs based on posture, function, and traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics.
