At Wildcoast Health Co., every session integrates acupuncture or dry needling, hands-on bodywork, and rehab techniques to address pain and restore healthy function.
The Process
First Visit: Your first visit will include
- A detailed health history, orthopedic and movement assessment to identify the cause of your symptoms
- Your first integrative treatment (if this option is booked), including acupuncture & dry needling, and other manual therapy techniques (cupping therapy, myofascial release, PNF stretching, etc.)
Follow-Up Visit Follow-up visits are designed to build on your progress with targeted needling and bodywork and may also include
- Individualized treatment plan
- Corrective exercise program
Individualized treatment plans and corrective exercise programs are provided at your first follow-up visit, once we’ve had time to assess your initial findings and design the most effective plan for your recovery and goals.

New Patients—Acupuncture & Dry Needling
Your first visit begins with a detailed assessment to identify the root causes of your pain, tension, or movement dysfunction. We’ll then create a personalized treatment plan using acupuncture or dry needling, hands-on bodywork, and corrective exercise.
TREATMENT SESSIONS INCLUDE: Assessment, acupuncture & dry needling, and manual therapies as indicated for your case.
Returning Patients—Acupuncture & Dry Needling
Follow-up care focused on continued progress and deeper work. Each session integrates targeted acupuncture or dry needling with bodywork and corrective movement to support recovery, relieve tension, and maintain long-term results.
EVERY SESSION INCLUDES: Acupuncture & dry needling, manual therapies, and corrective exercise as indicated for your case.
Cupping Therapy (Only)
Cupping therapy is an ancient therapeutic technique that utilizes vacuum force (i.e. suction) on the skin to decrease muscle tension, pain and inflammation, increase blood flow to specific areas, and promote relaxation. The suctioned cups are often gently moved across the skin surface in a massage-like technique as a myofascial decompression method, and may be paired with range of motion movements as a neuromuscular re-education tool and to increase fascial mobility.
